Shipping Policy

Every Crochet Me Baby piece is crocheted by hand, one at a time, so orders ship in two stages: production, then delivery.

Production time

Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are started after your order is placed; the estimate shown on the product page is added before the piece ships. If anything will take longer than the estimate, we contact you by email.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order. Orders containing two or more shipping-eligible beanies ship free — the discount is applied automatically in the cart and confirmed again at checkout.

Where we ship

Orders are currently shipped within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like a piece, contact the studio before ordering.

Tracking

Once your order ships you receive an email with the carrier and tracking number. Tracking is also shown in your account under Orders.

Lost or damaged parcels

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If tracking stalls or a parcel arrives damaged, email us and we will help you open a claim and work out the fairest resolution.
