Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Crochet Me Baby collects when you use this website.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), shipping address, and the contents of your order. When you create an account we store your email address and any profile or address details you save. Custom order requests store the details and any inspiration image you submit.

Payment information

Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure checkout and are never seen, handled, or stored by Crochet Me Baby. We receive only the payment result, the last card details our processor exposes for reference, and the billing and shipping information needed to fulfil your order.

How we use it

Your information is used to process and ship orders, respond to questions and custom requests, send order and shipping confirmations, handle refunds, and keep records required for accounting.

Sharing

We share information only with the services needed to run the store: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email provider, and our hosting and database provider. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and storage

The site stores your shopping bag in your browser so it survives a refresh, and stores a session when you sign in. No advertising trackers are used.

Email list

Joining our email list is entirely optional. If you sign up on the site, or tick the optional box at checkout, we store your email address, the date you signed up, and the fact that you consented. We do not add anyone automatically, and we do not sell or share the list. Every address has a private unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe from the unsubscribe page or by emailing the studio. Order and shipping emails are separate and are sent only for purchases you make.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account information at any time by emailing the studio. Some order records are kept where required for tax and accounting purposes.
