Returns & Refunds

Crochet Me Baby pieces are handmade in small numbers, so returns work a little differently from mass-produced clothing.

Ready-to-ship pieces

Unworn, unwashed pieces in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrect.

Made-to-order and custom pieces

Made-to-order items and custom commissions are produced specifically for you and are final sale, unless the piece arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was agreed.

Faulty or incorrect items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair, remake, or refund the piece, including return postage.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is caused by our error.

Handmade variation

Small differences in tension, stitch definition, and yarn dye lots are normal in handwork and are not considered faults.
